On the Internet, which is today the most important means of communication in the world, the publication of content has guaranteed successes that were unthinkable until recently. This activity, however, as well as leading to success, often fails. Success comes, but it is always proportional to the quality of the publication and, to help meet this quality requirement, we offer support in Copywriting, Revision and Translation of Internet Content.
The time of very simple postings or advertisements on the Internet, often improvised or unprofessional, is coming to an end. As good as they are, these instruments are no longer enough. The new generations, today at the center of the market, don't want to do what you want them to do or believe what you want them to believe. Those who access the Internet today want to believe in you and only then know what you can offer them! They need to be sure that they can maintain a win-win relationship with those who publish. The Internet audience wants high-quality content in pieces that prove that those who publish have a level of trust worth investing in. This is only possible for those who have impeccable communication.
When you decide, for example, to buy some bread, you believe that the bakery uses the best ingredients and applies all the necessary care to have a reliable result. If, however, when you enter the establishment you see a burned-out lamp, dirt on the floor, a stained wall, or products poorly placed on a table, you will conclude that the product you are buying may not be so reliable.
That's what happens when you publish content on the Internet: spelling or verbal agreement errors, confusing or imprecise writing, bad translations or even inappropriate layouts call into question the quality of the content. Defects in communication, even small ones, point to the risk of the results that can be expected concerning what the publication is promising.
Publishing content on the Internet is a very serious act and any publication, in what is today the most important means of communication, involves immense responsibility. In any piece, from a personal presentation, news, a celebration or a protest, to an advertisement or a product or service presentation, every care needs to be applied so that the communication indicates that what is proposed is what will be delivered.
Ensuring quality in communication is the way to guarantee that those who publish on the Internet will get the best return in exchange for the time and money they invest in preparing, publishing and disseminating their content. Professional services help ensure that the quality of the content matches the quality of what is being presented or offered in the publication.
Academic background and professional experience are carefully applied to support your production of quality content.
We don't believe in words or formulas that, by some magic, could lead crowds of customers to buy everything they see. We believe that quality in Internet content is much more than that: it is obtaining a set of elements that, when published, achieve the desired result. For this, the production of content starts with a plan where the exact point to which you want to reach is defined and, from there, given the knowledge about the target audience and the typical profile of who should receive the message, we work together with the client to obtain a final product with sufficient quality to have a positive response from the audience. The success of the publication, then, will be a consequence.
Based on an approved plan, we develop texts, in Portuguese or English, for any of the means of publishing content available on the Internet. In this work, we use sketches, drafts, proposals or ideas that the client already has, or even publications already made, but that need to be improved, to absorb as much as possible the knowledge that the client has about the target that he wants and hope to achieve.
We also consider, in the elaboration of texts, the final layout of the publication to be prepared, so that they fit into the set and relate properly to images, fonts and other aspects of the publication. In the case of revisions, we also take care to correct spelling errors, verbal agreement and other errors that, although very common, strongly degrade the quality of a publication.
Take, for example, the title of a limited liability company constitution, called, in Portuguese, “Contrato Social”. Translating it into English as “Social Contract” or “Social Agreement” is very easy; even an electronic translator can do it. Knowing, however, that the document should be called "Articles of Organization" requires much more than just knowledge of languages: it requires real-world experience.
Our translations from Portuguese into English and from English into Portuguese take into account the best application of knowledge to maintain fidelity to the original text, observing, however, the context of the whole and each expression of the text. For us, the final result of the translation must make the best possible sense for those who will read the translated text.
